Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager in the food and beverage industry.
